Originated in Japan, mochi doughnut is usually made of mochi flour (Glutinous rice flour). It is soft, chewy, crispy, and airy. Not too sweet and very light. It is shaped like a flower, with 8 little balls that you can easily tear apart. It is so much fun to eat and share.
